Lion's Club Park Reminders

Hello SWLYB families! Just a few reminders of some rules around the park that everyone needs to be aware of and adhere to during time spent at the fields.

· No smoking or vaping is permitted in the park.

· No alcohol use is permitted in the park.

· No PETS in the park under any circumstances with the only exception being service animals.

· Firearms or any weapon of any kind are prohibited in the park.

· Visitor parking is at your own risk.

· Please use the one-way directions and drive with caution and reduced speed when entering and leaving the park. Watch for running children.

· No arguing or harassing of umpires/coaches/volunteers of any kind will be tolerated. If you witness this happening, please notify a board member immediately.

· Please be respectful of the park and its upkeep. Please pick up your trash and utilize one of the many receptacles available in the park.

· If you lose something in the park, please check the lost and found located in the shed.

SWLYB Fall 2026 - Fall 2026

Fall ball is based on League Age, meaning age the player will be by 4/30/27.

League age 5-6: Rookie (no T-Ball). No evaluation required. No league age 4.

League age 7-8: Minor. This league is coach pitch.

League age 9 -10: Prep. Intro to kid pitch.

League age 11-12: Major. Any player that played in the Major division this past Spring as a league age 12 can play a final season of Fall Baseball even if they turn 13 before 4/30/27.

All players will need to attend evaluations Sat. 8/8. Majors - 9:00 am, Preps -10:30 am, and Minors - 12 Noon. You will be blind drawn if not in attendance. There is no return to team in Fall ball.

Rookie division does NOT attend evaluations.

We cannot honor coach, ride along or sibling requests unless the siblings are of the same league age. NO exceptions.

Equipment needed: helmet (face guard required for Rookie and Minor), grey baseball pants, rubber cleats, bat and glove. Hat & jersey provided.

Practices and games will be held M-TH and some Saturdays. Enrollment is limited.
